Eczema since I started recovery??

Ever since I've started recovery I got these weird bumps on my stomach & the back of my legs. I went to the doctor about this & she told me it was eczema. I was wondering if this was an effect from recovery or just a coincidence or if its happened to anyone else? If so how long did it last ? (I have gotten an eczema cream for it)

It might just be a coincidence. I know some people experience skin problems during recovery but I'm not really sure why.
