I've been attempting to recover from a restrictive eating disorder for two weeks now.
Every single meal, I am so tempted to skip. I admit that I have skipped meals since I decided to recover, but I'm really trying. Before every meal, especially lunch (at school), I spend hours before trying to figure out if I should eat or not. My ED's biggest argument that almost gets me every time is "It's just one meal. It won't kill you if you skip it." How do I stop thinking like this? Any advice on how to fight against the voices telling me to skip "just one" meal?
