I eat lots of fruit just because I love it!! (btw thats not the only thing I eat) But I always hear things like I need to stop eating so much of it?! that I should only have two a day to prevent health issues later?? I'm so confused. I eat them because my body craves it & i thought fruit was good for you???

EVERYTHING is good for you. It doesn't matter if you eat a bar of chocolate or a bunch of apples. If you want chocolate, it's fine, if you want those apples, it's fine, too.
The most important thing is that you make sure that YOU want your fruits, not your ED! Have variety, and in the end it's all about listening to your body. (Not listening to such... strange comments.)
